It wasn't as epic as the first film, it was more like a long episode from the series, and JAM loved every minute.
The clothes were fabulous, the lines were v funny and there were very touching moments. Was it completely over the top? Yes, but surely that's what all SATC fans want to see. Imagine if Carrie was rushing around town in flats and jeans and they stayed in an average hotel while on holiday?

Anyone would think it was the Soap Awards, not the film premiere of the year, did the organisers have no standards?

if you're going to the SATC2 premiere, surely you should try harder...

We're kind of loving the first single from The Pretty Reckless!

Here at JAM we like to make fun of little TayMo for her propensity to wear her underwear out like real clothes and talk about how grown up and cool she is to anyone who will listen...but we have to say the girl has lungs! The first single and video for her band's track Make Me Wanna Die is really rather catchy kind of like an slightly more hardcore Avril Lavigne (she would probably disagree). Think this might become a guity pleasure at JAM HQ... 

This picture of Danielle Lineker surfaced today and the first thing J thought of were queen WAGS Cheryl and Colleen (NB, VB doesn't count as a WAG anymore, she's risen above the rest, the same kind of applies to Cherly, but whatevs).  It's literally like Danielle Lineker had the 'How to be a WAG Guide'.  Maxi dress? Check. Big sunglasses? Check. Long, glossy, slightly wavey hair? Check.
The World Cup will be her big moment as a lot of the WAGs aren't allowed to attend and with Cheryl and VB and maybe Alex Curran absent, it's her's to take....but a bit of originality would be good Danielle.

Bless him, he looks so sweet! And VB is so sweet with him, it's nice that he's accompanying his mum on the red carpet, and J can't believe he's 11...she remembers the day he was born...

Only 4 days to go until JAM can see SATC2 and we can't friggin' wait!

We decided it was time to share with you some of the fashion higlights from the six glorious seasons that came before the movies. Carrie's fashion that is...yes, the others do have their moments (both Charlotte's wedding dresses, Miranda in her 'skinny jeans' and Samantha in one yellow stilleto and one leg cast) but for JAM it's always been about Carrie. The flowers, the newspaper dress, dog walking in 7 inch heels, the Chloe horses phase and the non-wedding dress at Richard's white ball, the Roberto Cavalli top that she 'never' wore, the Manolo's that Pete chewed up, the furs, the hangover poncho, the sparkly D&G pants, the Y-fronts, the mini skirts with bunny tails, wearing heels in the country, the pink and blue shoes when they went to LA, the pleather minidress when she played spin the bottle with Alanis Morrisette, the beret she's wearing when she throws a filet of fish at Big and the denim jacket and fendi handbag outfit when their affair ends, the white strapless dress with the butterfly belt when she and Samantha go to the alternative Sam Jones's party, the massive velvet headband she's wearing when noone turns up for her birthday dinner, all the creative outfits to unsubtly cover up her pregancy in season 5 and all the mad outfits in season six to make up for it. Everyone has their favourite Carrie fashion moments and here are some of ours...

Can she not even try and clean up her act for a court date that will decide her future?? Enough of her Hollywood alumni have been there before her and they all scrubbed up very well, no matter how much they've been partying. See below for sparkling examples from Paris and Nicole (and Nicole was even covering a pregnancy).  Now Paris didn't get off, but that shows even more that fashion never bows under pressure, just look at Naomi Campbell who visits court for than she goes to the dentist.
Lindsay Lohan looks like she bought her suit from Asda and fell into a vat of tango while she was dodging her court appearance in Cannes.
